Guidelines for Purchasing Credit Packages

•⁠ Each of our classes should be booked by using Credit Points. Different types of classes requires different amount of credit point.

•⁠ ⁠You must make sure there are enough Credit Points in your account before booking any of the classes.

•⁠ When purchasing Credit Packages, please allow 48 hours for the backend customer service to confirm the transaction.

•⁠ ⁠Please make class bookings at least 4 hours before the class begins.

•⁠ ⁠Different Package type has its own validity period. (Eg.: 4-credit package's validity is 30 days, 8-credit package's validity is 60 days.) Validity period of expired credits cannot be further extended.

•⁠ ⁠The validity of each Package will start immediately from the date you attended the first class in the Package.

•⁠ ⁠If you did not make any class bookings after purchasing the Credit Package, it's validity will start automatically on the 30th day after you've made your purchase.

•⁠ ⁠Purchased Credit Package cannot be transferred / refunded due to whatever reasons by the students.

•⁠ ⁠If the teacher / YAC decides to cancel a class (due to whatever reasons including Public Holidays), students will be refunded the class Credits, and the refunded Credit validity will be extended for another 7 days.
